The entity responsible for processing your personal data is GZ CORPORATION SARL.

In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, GeroZone is filing its data processing authorization application with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). This application is currently in progress.

We process personal data provided directly by you, generated during use, or linked from gaming accounts:

• Identity & Contact: First name, last name, username, email, phone number, date of birth.

• Localization: Country, City.

• Platform Activity: GeroCoin balance, missions, marketplace history, messaging, login history.

• Gaming Statistics: Tournament history, match statistics, game outcomes.

• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies.

• Third-Party Integrations: Accounts you choose to link, including Discord, Steam, Riot Games, PlayStation, Xbox, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Under Moroccan Law 09-08, we process your data based on contract execution, user consent, or legitimate interest to:

• Create, secure, and moderate your universal GeroZone gamer profile.

• Manage competitive matchmaking, brackets, and tournament rewards.

• Calculate and manage GeroCoin reward ledger balances.

• Gather playtesting telemetry to help local Moroccan game studios improve their games.

• Deliver customized marketing campaigns, newsletter updates, and marketplace orders.

Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary for the processing purposes. We retain account data for the duration of the account lifetime. Upon account deletion request, personal data may be stored for up to three (3) years to comply with security obligations, resolve disputes, or satisfy Moroccan legal requirements.

Authentication: We offer integrations with Discord, Steam, and Google as planned authentication providers.

Analytics & Marketing: The platform uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand user paths and optimize marketing performance.

Payments: No direct payment services are active. Future online options will involve Stripe or equivalent payment gateways.
