GeroZone is the digital infrastructure connecting Morocco's gaming ecosystem by bringing together players, teams, creators, game studios, brands, tournaments and rewards into one unified platform.

By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The minimum age to register and use the GeroZone platform is 13 years old. Users under the legal age of majority in Morocco must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian, and use the platform under their active supervision.

Integrity is central to GeroZone. Users agree to play fairly. Cheating, hacking, exploiting glitches, account sharing, match-fixing, and toxic behavior are strictly prohibited. GeroZone reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that breach these standards.

• Creation: Only approved and validated organizers can create and publish tournaments.

• Games: Match rules and games supported are updated dynamically based on demand.

• Rewards: Prizes (including Cash, Gaming Products, GeroCoins, or Gift Cards) are distributed subject to validation of match results. All tournaments are free; no paid entry is currently supported.

GeroCoin is our active ecosystem reward point system. You earn GeroCoins by completing missions, participating in tournaments, playtesting, or engaging in community events.

• No Monetary Value: GeroCoin is not a cryptocurrency, a financial instrument, or electronic money. It has zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Non-Transferable: GeroCoins are tied exclusively to your account and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.

• Redemption: GeroCoins can be redeemed for physical or digital rewards inside the GeroZone Marketplace.

• Products: Products and vouchers listed are supplied by partner brands. GeroZone acts as an intermediary connecting users with partner brands.

• Shipping: GeroZone coordinates physical delivery of items within Morocco.

• Warranties & Returns: Returns are governed by the specific policies of the partner brand. Product warranties remain the sole responsibility of the brand supplying the item.

While public posts are not currently active, if user-generated content features are added, GeroZone reserves the right to moderate, hide, edit, or remove any content violating community guidelines, copyright laws, or public decency.

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without liability, for security reasons or terms violations. Moroccan courts in Casablanca hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
